Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping within India on all products offered. We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered product.

  • We strive to ensure the timely delivery of Domestic orders within India.

  • International Shipping is also available on GaurishiHandPrints.com and we don’t offer free ship worldwide and actual ship cost is applicable on international ship as per company rule.

Processing Your Order

 

GaurishiHandprints.com try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 24 - 48 hours to ship goods out of our store Hub. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 10 pieces per product per style, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your GaurishiHandPrints.com merchandise, please check the delivery time for your pin code using “CHECK DELIVERY” option on the product details page or track with our courier partner website track option.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

Gaurishi Handprints offers a very flexible Return & Refund Policy.

 

There are a few basic rules to be eligible:  

 

Product has to be in original & unused state and Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit your return having met our Returns and Refund Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.

 

Return Request has to be raised within 5 days of delivery after 5 days return has not be possible.

 

We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in order.

 

If the order lost or un-delivered to your preferred location by courier, we will refund the complete order amount

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
